Objective

The product is used for dephosphorization of liquid cast iron in melting in BOF

Manganese and Carbon Pellet (Low N and Low S Recarbonization Agent)

Objective

The product is used to effectively increase the amount of carbon and manganese. As compared to traditional recarbonization agents, this product has a stable effect, low carbon losses, produces little dust and smoke. The product can be widely used for high-quality medium carbon and high carbon steel (C < 0.45%) for its low N and low S recarbonization.

The product is added to BOF before oxygen blow, consumption 8-10 kg/t cast iron

Objective

Complex Deoxidizer Al-CaO∙Al2O3

Objective

The product is used for de-oxidization of molten steel and inclusion modification during BOF/EAF tapping.
It is a hybrid product of Al decoxidizer and systhetic slag (Calcium aluminate)
Suitable grade of steel:  low Si low carbon SPHC
To improve efficiency of Al as a de-oxidizer.
To increase the effectiveness of synthetic slag of calcium aluminate

Ferromanganese Powder Ball with Ultra Low

Objective

The product is used to decrease operation costs by substitution of high-costs ferromanganese alloys. The product has a high amount of carbon and a very low amount of phosphor. It can be used for the following steel grades: medium carbon, high carbon steel. This product is an additive with a manganese alloy, which is used for production of steel and cast iron, and for deoxidation when teeming.

This product is added into the secondary refining furnace for alloys production.
